Pregnancy justice fights to protect pregnant people's rights by defending those who have been criminalized or who face other rights violations because of pregnancy, focusing on those most likely to be targeted for state control based on pregnancy: people who are poor, of color, and drug-using. pregnancy justice does this through legal change; public education, training, and resource development; policy advocacy; and research and documentation.
