A partnership for change (apfc) is a 501(c)(3) private, non-profit organization dedicated to ending intimate partner violence. apfc is dedicated to ending domestic violence and dating abuse through the provision of comprehensive outreach and educational programs for teens, school counselors, and social service and law enforcement professionals. program attendees are empowered with practical information on how to safely and effectively help friends, loved ones, community members, clients, employees or students.
