To prevent child abuse and neglect through education, treatment, and advocacy. the parent child center of tulsa (pcct) has been serving the tulsa community and surrounding areas since 1990. in 2023, pcct served more than 90,000 infants, children, parents, and family support workers through 11 comprehensive programs. its direct service areas are creek, okmulgee, osage, rogers, tulsa, and wagoner counties. however, pcct provides its services to clients outside of these counties through client referrals and virtual visits. pcct is a certified family resource center (frc) through the national family support network that serves as a community hub, providing educational resources, access to essential needs, and programs for families and children, including parenting workshops and counseling, centered around fostering child well-being and healthy development. the organization's primary prevention activities are offered to the general population with the goal of preventing child abuse or negle
