Mission
Muso's mission is to eliminate preventable deaths rooted in poverty. it envisions a world in which no one dies waiting for health care. each year, millions of people living in poverty die of curable diseases because they do not access health care in time. to deliver universal health coverage at scale and end the child and maternal mortality crises, muso collaborates with governments to design, test, and deploy community-based health systems that deliver care with speed. muso directly serves 500,000 patients in mali and cote d'ivoire. the communities where muso works to ensure seamless care delivery from a patient's doorstep to the health center have achieved and sustained the lowest documented rates of child mortality in sub-saharan africa. to transform national health systems, muso also supports the governments of mali and cote d'ivoire's efforts to connect their 46 million citizens with rapid, universal health care, and end maternal and child mortality.
