The wyoming valley aids council provides support and direction through education, outreach, testing, medical case management and infectious disease clinics in a six-county region in pennsylvania with offices located in wilkes barre, tunkhannock, and hazleton to persons diagnosed with hiv/aids or at high risk for acquiring hiv/aids.
