The general purposes for which this corporation/organization has been established are as follows: (1) mms goal has been to take action to bring about equality for all women. (2) the personal and professional consequences of reporting sexual harassment in the workplace have often made it difficult for women to speak out. fearing they'll be ostracized, they remain quiet. on top of that, legal action can be costly. backed by the national women's law center, the time's up legal defense fund seeks to provide legal assistance for women looking to battle harassment in court.

Operate as a thrift store, selling publicly donated goods to generate revenues. the revenues will be used to create jobs, and any profits generated will be donated to help further the tax-exempt purpose of existing local 501c (3) v. work in their own communities to support the arts, preserve natural resources, advance education, promote healthy lifestyles, encourage civic involvement, and work toward world peace and understanding v. advance the lives of girls and women of all ages and skills levels through physical activity. v. offer online tutoring math-physic-chemistry and english as second language (esol) course with female tutors.
