Mission
Transforming generations' mission is to organize, educate, and transform cultural and power dynamics to end gender-based violence. transforming generations serve victims and survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault with safety planning and navigating the criminal justice system. we provide group and one-on-one sessions for victims/survivors. we train and educate the community and service providers to increase awareness of domestic violence/sexual assault, specifically what these issues look like in the southeast asian american community. we provide support to under-served groups like youth/children and lgbtq community members who are directly or indirectly impacted by gender-based violence in our community.

Transforming generations' mission is to organize, educate, and transform cultural and power dynamics to end gender-based violence. we believe the community can change practices, behaviors, and beliefs to end violence and build safe, strong, and thriving families. we work to develop and support community members, advocates, and social service providers to raise awareness about gender-based violence which include serving victims/survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault, working with those who have used violence to heal and be part of building safe communities, and supporting community members, especially underserved populations which includes lgbtq and youth/children, who are impacted by gender-based violence.
